Cadiz is one of the oldest cities in the western world; it’s full of old buildings which add colour to the skyline. It lies at the South of Spain and as it is a port town there are fabulous views of the sea. Tourist attractions in Cádiz
Cadiz is full of interesting things to see. The cathedral and teatro Romano are amongst the oldest buildings of the city but the beach of course cannot be forgotten – it is the perfect place to relax. What’s more is that due to Cadiz’s mild temperatures you will find it easy to spend the day there!
The city and its people are renowned for having a good sense of fun and zest for life. There are many outdoor cafes and seafood markets which you are bound to enjoy but Cadiz also has some interesting tourist attractions. The Torre Tavira watch tower provides great views of the city and of the bay and the Oratorio de Santa Cruz has some great Goya artwork. What really makes Cadiz different though is that it has old parts and quaint cobbled streets as well as the long golden beaches. Despite being surprisingly big there is a very relaxed atmosphere throughout the city.
